QPT Cleaning Procedure
Procedure for cleaning the target (for removing light fogging, dust contamination, and fingerprints from surfaces)
- Holding the target over a rinse receptacle, flush entire target surface with Isopropanol for ~1 minute
- Immediately after flush, blow dry with dry nitrogen starting at the middle of the target surface and push the liquid outward until the grating surface is dry.
- Do not attempt to blow the liquid off the sides or back surfaces of the target as this will likely cause droplets to be pushed back onto the target surface leaving residue traces.
- Using a dry white wipe, carefully remove liquid from the edges and back surface of the target.
